Petrolimex signed MOUs with US ethanol suppliers (USGC, RFA, and Growth Energy) and Marquis Energy for biofuel imports.
The agreements cover various sectors including aviation, oil and gas exploration, petroleum products imports, and renewable energy.
$50.15 billion worth of contracts are set for implementation from 2025 onwards, with an additional $4.15 billion signed at the ceremony and $36 billion under negotiation.
The Minister highlighted the growing bilateral trade, reaching nearly $150 billion in 2024, with the US becoming Vietnam's second-largest trading partner.
